The old baby will never be ready: Liz vs April.

In about two years or so, two annoying things will be done to Liz that tend to make her life worse. The first thing is that Aaron's successful pleading to keep Michael from being stuck with eyeglasses like he was means that Liz will spend an inordinate amount of time blaming her lack of popularity on her spectacles instead of her acting like she's three years younger than she's supposed to be and also being rather timid to begin with. The second annoying thing is that April makes the scene and turns her from the baby of the family into a stereotypical overshadowed middle child.

Thanks to having the Patterson family's standard lack of awareness and inability to understand what empathy and fairness are, Liz does the same damned thing to the Martian that Ugly Brother did to her and self-righteously parades around as if the child plotted to be born just to ruin her life. This leads to her responding to piddly bullshit by screaming in rage and threatening the poor kid with bodily harm because the picky-face is asking for it by taking Daddy's love away from her.
